Shipping & Handling Fee
We charge a flat rate of $5.95
for standard shipping and handling for the entire Trackable
order*, regardless of the number of items that you order! So take advantage of this
opportunity and order all your favorite items for one low shipping
- For shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses: depending on weight & size, additional
shipping charges may apply. In which case customer would be
informed via email prior to processing order.
- For our limited number of overweight and/or oversized products (including
baby diapers, protective underwear, bars, drinks/shakes, large OTC,
vitamin, and sports nutrition containers, etc..) and orders,
our Flat Rate shipping policy and Free Shipping promotions do not apply. In which case customer would be informed via email
of actual shipping cost prior to processing order.
- Flat S&H fee and Free Shipping promotions do not apply to Dealers/Volume Orders.
No Sales Tax
Since our offices are located in the state of California USA, only
residents of California will be charged a 7.5% sales tax. If you
live outside of California you will NOT be charged the sales tax.
Shipping Courier & Time
Orders are shipped via Federal Express, USPS, or United Parcel Service depending on weight,
Orders usually ship within approx. 4-6 business days. Sale items
may take up to two (2) weeks to ship. Shipping time for "Pre-Orders"
will be stated on the product page. If an item is on
back-order you will be notified via email or telephone and
given the option to:
a) accept delivery without the item on back-order and have it shipped
when it is in stock (shipping & handling would then be charged to
customer for the back-order items);
b) cancel the order for
the item(s) in question and have the remainder of the order
shipped right away; or
c) cancel the entire order all
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
For shipments to APO/FPO addresses we cannot accept credit card
payments. Instead, we accept US Check or US Money Order.
During "Checkout" simply select "Check" as form of
payment; and when prompted for the check #, unless you have the check # available,
"1234" (without the quotation marks " "). Payment mailing instructions will be
available on your confirmation order form.
Risk of Loss
All products purchased from MedicalProvisions.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
This means that the risk of loss and title for such products pass to the
customer upon our delivery to the carrier.
Credit Card Payments & Billing
You will have the option to pay by either
credit card (US issued only), Paypal (confirmed
shipping address only), check or money
order. If you pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American
Express) your order must be shipped to the credit card's billing address
(Unless another address is on file with your credit card company).
Your billing address along with your name and telephone
number will be verified using "Full Billing Address
Verification" with your credit card company when processing your
order. If for any reason
there is a mismatch our risk department reserves the right to void the
order and not ship to customer. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny business, in our sole discretion, to any customer without notice.
