Directions
Adult dose: dissolve one leveled scoop in 8 oz of cold water, up to 3 times daily at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Use enclosed clear scoop. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours. Children (6-12 years): half the adult dose in 8 oz of cold water, once daily.

Active Ingredient:
2 g Methylcellulose

Inactive Ingredients:
Citric Acid, FD&C Yellow No. 6, Orange Flavors, Potassium, Citrate, Riboflavin, Sucrose, and other ingredients. Each adult dose contains approximately 14 mg of Sodium, 105 mg of Potassium, and contributes 60 calories from Sucrose.

Warnings & Precautions
Consult a physician before using any laxative if you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits which persists for two weeks.

Unless directed by a physician, do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present. Discontinue use and consult a physician if rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs after use of any laxative product.

Unless recommended by a physician, do not exceed recommended maximum daily dose. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a physician. If sensitive to any of the ingredients, do not use.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or esophagus and may cause choking. Avoid storing at high temperatures. Protect from freezing.
